Anyone following any of my posts will see that I have trouble with logging data. It records but usually says the file is corrupt when trying to load it into the viewer. Anyone have any idea of what's going on? This has been going on since I purchased this thing last year. Among the other short-comings I'm seeing with this tuner, this is becoming a little ridiculous.

well, I can't do anything about tool issues.. so nothing for me to respond with..
this is for diablo techs bud... so yeah, you'll have to wait for them...

I know Lew. I sent over a formal support request this morning. We'll see what happens. This has been a problem since buying the tool last year. I don't want it to get swept under the rug or forgotten about. Not to mention we're coming up on a year of ownership. Isn't there a 1 year warranty on this thing?

Just logged a 2.5 minute ride to my doctors office. Made 2 attempts. The first was corrupt but the 2nd (which was longer than the 1st) worked. I also switched laptops. Both are Win7 64 bit. So I guess the computer isn't the problem. I can't upload until I get back to the internet.

How long have you owned this device, and do you have a copy of the receipt?

Looking at my paypal records, It was purchased June 30th 2014. I can send you a screenshot of my paypal account or my credit card statement from that billing period. Im not too sure how to get an actual receipt from a paypal transaction.

I bought it through Lew. Paid using paypal. Transaction date 6/30/2014 Transaction ID 5BU9971759081962K
I got a box with the tuner. Nothing else was with it.
