Calibration will not download

New owner here, just bought the intune today and updated it. When I plug into my Ford F150 it states that the calibration needs to be updated. I take it to my computer and I get the error attached. I have also attached my xml, please assist in anyway possible.

how do i use a file thats posted on here

save it to the intne drive and the tool will import it, then you may tune the truck.
