Car won't start and won't take stock tune

Hey guys I need help with my 2005 Chrysler 300c I had the hyper tech tuner in it and worked fine because I added 3.55 gears. So I upgraded to the Diablosport intune and it loaded a tune and now it won't let me turn the car on and when I try to load it back to stock tune it loads it then at the end it try's to reset my axel ratio and my shift firmness and goes to 10% on one screen then flashs to the other screen with 10% and says failure. I need my car for work and have ready had to take off several days please help guys.

Have you tried using the other device to set the axle ratio to be able to drive it?
