Got an inTune DCX a few weeks ago for my 2013 Ram 1500 Black Express RCSB, 5.7/6 speed.
Upon my first attempt to do the initial tune, I got an error message that wanted me to update the tuner...did so...
Second attempt it wanted to update the PCM calibration, so I let it...
Third attempt (screwy schedule, so over a few weeks) and others, it would fail in attempting to load any of the preloaded tunes and would roll back to the stock tune.
Last nite, figured I would check for an update and it was downloaded.
Tried to tune again, failed again and the tuner tried to go back to the stock tune...this failed and now the truck is bricked, no start...now I have a dead truck...
Solution? Attached is info.xml file
Not a happy camper...

Re: Dead 2013 Ram Hemi after tune
It goes through the restore/OEM tune process but says it fails...and thus a no start condition on the truck...
