What is this chip burned for?

I recently bought a '94 GT with lots of mods. Owner had limited knowledge of engine build. It supposedly has 351W ported and polished heads, unknown cam, .30 overbore, looks like 30# injectors. It has CAI, 75mm mass air, 70mm throttle body, Trick Flow intake.
Will any numbers off the Delta Revolution chip let you know what set-up this chip was burned for? Thanks for any help. God Bless
