last U8000 sold but cant program

Trying to program my last u8000 for a 2006 gmc 5.3l, trying to install u7192 crom but it comes up on predator "cannot load u7192 application into can_ready tool" i've tried loading 7192-9r14 appears to be the newest. Any suggestions? tried calling tech line but after 50mins of long distance waiting finally gave up.

the GM class2 tools were never offered as tuner series, the U8000 is for CAN based GM and Fords only.
