mutiple intune issues with car and updates ???????

So I bought an intune i-1000 last summer, did the "canned" 93 octane tune on my 08 Grand Prix GXP. Did a couple mods and want to data log so I havent plugged in the intune to the car since last summer and when I did it tonight it said there was no backup tune and that my VIN (car) was not a supported vehicle??? So fun so far.

So doing auto updating now,, Man does it take forever.... I have windows 7. Oh and I just noticed down the firmware list when it gets to: GM Tune db: missing (c) ??? All the others show up. Weird.

The intune screen has been on "preparing" with the circle going around for 10 min. now... is this normal? Blah.. lol

yes leave it alone.. it's updating.. can take a while depending on number of updates to do.. could take more than 30 minutes...

Thanks its all good now. Sent you email on my private email as well Lew! The build date was July 2013 so its been 2 years worth of updates. Took over an hour to completely finish. wow..lol
