Live data

I'm having problems recording to my lap top from intune, I've followed the instructions the tool is connected but just sits there, I do not get that lighting bolt to select a dashboard to record, it worked once but not since
I've rebooted the computer and intune and still sits there
If I even come close to tool query it freezes and I'm done
The drivers are there, I use it on the lap top all the time just not for live data stream but I need to use it because my tunner wants to use his custom dash, it is a pain to get the ones he wants correct.
It is data viewer 3.3.0.11 and now 3.3.0.12
