hey I recently purchased an intune and when I plug it in to the computer it has the loading bar on the device itself and then the window on the the computer says do not unplug device will reboot but it doesn't do anything and then if I plug it in to my truck it says vin database error. not sure if I need to let it sit hooked up to my computer overnight or what the deal is but any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

let it sit on the pc until it starts updating.
