Errors in DIC not showing in Trinity

When I drove my 2005 Corvette C6 backwards out of the garage three errors showed up in the DIC:

Service Anti Lock Braking system
Service Active Handling System
Service Traction Control System

I stopped the car, left the engine running, and with the errors still visible in the DIC I plugged in my Trinity. Imagine my disbelieve when the Trinity told me that there were no errors :normal:

How is this possible, error(s) on the display but the Trinity saying everything is OK :crashing:

trinity reads trouble codes, none of those are trouble codes and it seems they did not trigger any codes in the vehicle.

OK....

So presumably there is a difference between trouble codes and error codes, I didn't know that. So the Trinity doesn't read these and there is no way of knowing which hub / sensor produces these codes.

I always thought, wrongly as it now turns out, that the Trinity would give me the reason for errors like these shown in the DIC.

Do you know of a device which would tell me where a fault like this would be located, a Tech 2 is to pricey for me.

and the trinity only reads ENGINE trouble codes.. not ABS module codes... so it wouldn't be able to read any trouble codes for those issues anyway..
