My 2013 Ram sport 5.7 hesitaites when i stomp it!!

I posted the other day about how to get more hp out of my 2013 ram sport with the 5.7 in it on a budget.I haven't got any response or ideas from anyone,but its ok.But I do have a good question now.My truck is a short wheel base,lowered in back,with k&n cold air intake,flowmaster exhaust,and 93 octane tune from my intune I-1000-dcx.I bumped up the throttle boost 40% I think,and done a couple of other fine adjustments,nothing major.But,when I drop it in drive,stomp it,it hesitates for about a second before it lauches.What the hell is goin on here? I cant get out the hole like this!!!!Its embarrassing.I should have at least 420hp with all I've done to it.If I turn the ECO off it will cause dash lights to stay on,from what I've been told anyway.Can anybody out there tell me what I need to do?

This is a function of the ETC and the lazy stock torque converter...

Is this what you wanted me to pull up ? This is what I downloaded to my dcx-i1000. diablodcx_dcx_tunes-1rols.itf. If that's not it,i don't know what you mean.

I just have a few questions about the tune I've put in. I went back an put the 91 tune on.What do I put the rev. limiter on in drive and neutral.What would b the RPM range on each? Second question is what % do I need for the part throttle upshift? Last is what to set low MPH HS fan on and high MPH fan? Right now their both on 200 degrees.Does it really matter about the fans?I turned the MDS off and tried to disable the traction control off, but it wouldn't do it. That's no big deal cause I can turn TC off with the button under the radio,that's beside the tow/haul button. My Ram Sport came with the tow package. Only problem I have with my truck is it shifts too soon into second and third gear. I mean under normal driving conditions, it will shift into second gear about two seconds after I take off. It's supposed to get up a little more RPM's before it shifts, I would think.Anyway, thanks for the help with everything. I'll check back later on today for ur response.
