I have a 7141 diablo tuner I used on my mustang V6 5 years ago. That car is gone but I still have the tuner AND a 2003 Ford Ranger flex fuel 3.0L 2wd supercab. I'd like to tune the Ranger, is this possible? What hoops do I need to jump through to make it work? I want more performance and better gas mileage out of the Ranger.....
