Can anyone please explain the difference in the C&L tune “Street" verses choosing 'Street Firm Shift'. (U7140 2005 Mustang GT) Thanks and looking forward to reading many of the other great questions and answers on Diablosport’s website!

Answered...Ok newbie...lol...I looked at the tune for the "Street Firm Shift" and the DS tuner had the answer...will tune the engine and trans running on 93 octane! I stayed with the C&L Street tune as 91 is the highest octane available around town.

If you want to try the Firm shift tune, use the Global spark adder to pull 3* of timing for use with 91 octane.

No, to make a 93 octane tune work with 91 octane fuel, you need to retard the timing. To make a 91 tune into a 93 octane tune, you would add timing.
