I bought the trinity a couple of weeks ago, Couldn't get it to work. Here I was thinking well "Man that was a waste of money". But the customer Service here at Diablosport is pretty kick ass to say the least. They helped me out and got it working, and man what a difference it made after the tune held.

So just wanted to say thanks to Diablosport, it seems to me that you guys take customer satisfaction pretty seriously, and it doesn't go unnoticed.

Glad to hear it, the goal is to see our customers enjoying the product, and its nice to hear back like this now and then.
