Cannot Tune or Update inTune

I have a diablosport intune DCX for my 2010 Charger. My vehicle was tuned and my tool worked well. I got a CEL so I had to take my car in to the dealership, so I flashed back to stock first.

I was without my car for like a month, as a bad torque converter they put in ruined my transmission. So an entire transmission and a TCM as well were put in.

I went to re-tune my vehicle this morning, and was greeted with an error message that 'PCM Calibration for my VIN might need an update', and then that my vehicle was 'not compatible' and to contact Diablosport. I plugged my tool into the PC and ran the updater program, and it freezes and goes into 'Not Responding' about half way into the progress bar.

Can someone please shed some light here? I hope I don't now have an expensive paperweight! Thanks in advance.

click the check mark to agree to the update then plug into a pc and it will download the file then load it to the car then you can retune it.

Yes, I don't believe I was patient enough. I took a deep breath, started all over from the beginning, and tried to forget about it during updating because it is painfully slow. However once it was updated, I was able to tune my vehicle again. Thanks DiabloSport for once again awakening the beast!!!
