2014 Sierra 5.3 Knocking sound

As of late i have been getting a knocking/clicking sound while driving my truck. I have had my truck tuned with the diablo tune and always been running 91 octane fuel,as thats the highest i can get around me.

I had my truck tuned for almost 8 months and never had any issues till now. At first thought it was a u joint,but it wasn't, went crazy over the truck thinking it was something mechanical.

It doesn't make the noise while idling or reving while parked just if i was slowly coming on the gas or going up steep hill. Under WOT it would stop a bit but still make the noise. It wasnt all the time but enough to drive me crazy

So i decided to return my truck to stock tune and bam it went away instantly. Been driving my truck un tuned now for a day and no issues.

Any thoughts spark knock???
I have always kept the trinity up to date and never changed anything in the tuner just the canned diablo tune and adjusted for my tire size.

Np i have never data logged before is there a certain log I should use??

just use the preloaded layouts.

Sorry it took me so long to do this and yes im still having the same issue since reinstalling the tune today the noise came back. I have not had the diablo flex tune installed since my last post.
For some reason when i try to retreive the data log from the trinity it says "downloading logs not yet supported"??
I beleive my downloader is all up to date as well as the trinity,as i just updated both today before installing tune.

Here is my original back up and tune installed right now
any help would be appreciated

Just bought a 2015 Denali w the 5.3. I have the same knocking sound when 'feathering' on and off the throttle at low speeds - approx. around 20-30 or so. Sounds more like a clank sound in the tranny. I DON'T have a tuner on mine...yet.

You need to use the DataViewer program to get data logs off the trinity, not the dsdownloader..
