DCX-1000 freezes not responding
I was in the middle of uploading my 91 canned tune on my 2012 Dodge Ram and got a error at the end of it and don't remember what it was ... It does feel like the tune is in but I wanted to make sure so I went back to install my back up and then re install the tune. it now just gets stuck on the loading screen and won't respond .. I even left it connected for 30 mins .... I cannot do anything now as it won't let me to the screen I need to apply ether my backup or canned tunes.... I try to call and email support and no help ... Is there a way to reset the tuner?

please post the info.xml file fro the intune drive.

what do you mean by stuck on the loading screen exactly?

For example when I click tune vehicle the next screen shows a little rotating loading screen and usual after that goes to the options and what type of tune I want to install... But it doesn't it just freezes on that little rotating loading screen and doesn't do nothing

My DCX did the same thing yesterday. Previously I have tuned the vehicle successfully 3 times with no issues. Now it boots normally and all the functions seem to work. However, when I turn the vehicle ON as prompted, the pin-wheel spins for a few seconds, stops and the unit hangs. Like the OP I waited a long time to see if it would work...NO. I tried it 4 different ways and it still hangs. It won't tune, get the vehicle info, or make adjustments without hanging. Please help.

I have the same problem with my 2011 Challenger RT. Update downloaded fine then it wouldn't take in the car. Now it is stuck in restore mode but freezes up and won't restore. I think I need a reset code but I don't know how to get one. I really need help or a strong drink of something!
