2005 Tahoe Z71 knock sensor 2 low voltage

I have the Tahoe and have hadthe knock sensor light on for a while now. It runs fine until I go over half on the throttle then bam, runs like complete garbage and is dangerous for my wife and child. I replaced the 3 month old plugs because whatever the timing was doing they were trashed. I have used the Diablo tune, factory tune and 87 tune with no help. Now I know I need to change it but is there ANY way to tune around it? I have zero time right now to do the swap and being a jet mechanic I refuse to take it to some other person. Any help would be greatly appreciated. U7193 Predator if I didn't already mention.

tune doesn't do anything to a knock sensor..

that's a physical/mechanical problem with the truck...

sounds like you have a bad knock sensor that you need to get replaced..
