I received the DCX today (bought from Diablosport), updated it from my computer per the instructions, tried to load the 91 octane tune into my car and everything seemed to be going fine until the key cycle part of the process. Mid-way through that process the car says the key fob can not be detected. I end up having to unplug the tuner and try again. It then says that it needs to reload the stock tune, but it runs into the same issue. I've tried this 8 times today, and every time the same issue. I ended up with a U0141 code. After I unplug the tuner, if I let the car sit for a few minutes I can finally start it again, but at this point I can neither load the 91 tune nor load back in the stock tune. I had the In-Tune on my 08 charger with no issues, and expected the same with this tuner for the challenger. Please help. Info.xml code is attached.

P.S. My car has the push button start, which I would cycle between Run (without starting the car) and Off. My understanding is that for the '13 challenger the push button cannot be popped out to use the key the way that they could in the earlier challengers.

I have the same issue, I'm stuck trying to load the stock tune back in, because the 91 octane tune failed.

I popped my push button out and used the key, I also got the 0141 code plus two others like 0100 and something else with air intake temp, what a great device, spend all this money only for it not to work plus screw up the car.

Of course I would think it was a great product if it worked for the first time user, so far not impressed.

I tried to load the stock tune twice this morning before work, that was over another hour wasted, 10 minutes into the swirly dial the load fails.

Hopefully have a solution for both of us.

load this update to the tool then let it import the file, once it gets back to the main menu unpluug it and try again in the vehcile please.

That did the trick, I'm once again a happy customer with a better performing car now. Thanks, Mike.
