Question about stock rpm settings

I have had my Intune running various canned tunes for about a year and finally had some time to play with the Tcm settings the other day.

Based on other peoples experience set up the part and wot settings from that and noticed on my 5>6 normal rpm shift the rpm was very high on the stock setting. 8191.87 rpm to be exact.

What is that all about? I search and saw no comments with someone who had the same findings. The truck is a 08 Silverado 2500hd 6.0. I wanted to play around with it some more before I had Lew do a tune for me.
