I have a predator that came with the 2000 corvette I bought. I wanted to get a custom tune that I read about from diablew but it's version 1.03. Is diablosport still upgrading these for 99 dollars?

You can trade it in to diablosport and they will give you a $100 discount on buying a new inTune or Trinity from them...
