Hi,

I have update my device (I-1000-dcx) without restore the original backup in my car, And now i cant use my I-1000-dcx what should i do?

The customer came to us and explain the issue that he tuned the car

and faced different issues i.e. : high temp, fans not working and so on.

then he went to the dealer and they cleared 11 errors ( note that ECL didn't pop up !! )

then he updated his intune before restoring the original backup.



i plugged the intune to check the vehicle info and i found something abnormal !!

also once i clicked restore or write it asked me for calibration update, then i plug it to my PC it says intune up to date even if i choose update > check now
