High fuel pressure issue.

I recently ordered a new Diablo Dial for my Extreme Power Puck and re-installed the Power Puck today with the new Diablo Dial. The issue I am having is that when the dial is turned all the way to the left (which should at a 0% gain) the fuel pressure runs up to 27.7ksi or 27,700psi which trip a high pressure trouble code. I haven't use the Power Puck much since I ordered in on 10/21/2014.
