thinking about getting some new gears

Hi every one, i have an 2005 dodge ram hemi 1500(with an aftermarket posi locker on it) that came up with the 3.55 gears and 17 inch tires, time ago i just bought the 20 inch wheels from a dodge ram sport hemi 07, the question is which gears will be better for my truck 3.92 or 4.10 since i dont want to decrease on mileage very hard, so i just want to get better response w/o spending too much on gas
