Intune Wont Update

Hello, so when i plug in my intune to the auto updater it takes forever to update and it says update unsuccessful. any ideas?

run it again and it should correct the issue.

My Brand new intune is still updating for 3.5 hours out of the box. Nothing on the intune screen except a intune at the top and the question mark at the top. Then the screen on the PC shows the pic of the intune unit and says "DO NOT UNPLUG" Updates loaded to intune. it will reboot automaticlly. please be patient.
Any Help on this? Thanks

unplug it, wait a minute, then plug it back in.. should pick up where it left off...

I have a windows pc. Plugged my dcx into cpu and it doesn't do anything. Was expecting it to update. It's running on 1r04h. Is this the latest software?
