Trying to do a Calibration Update... it detects in the COM port... starts the download, gets to 73728 bytes... stops and a while later gives me an error that it's unable to connect to the tool and asks me if the firmware is update... it is, just pulled it out of the box and did all the necessary updates...
On hold with technical support for 15 minutes now...
