2008 Charger Diablosport tuned with no backup

I just bought a 2008 Dodge Charger R/T with 5.7 Hemi. The car was tuned with a Diablosport device (T1000 I think) and obviously does not pass emissions in New Hampshire. Since the car was purchased from a used car dealer, there is no Diablosport device with the car and thus no factory backup that I can revert back to. I am purchasing a Diablosport T1000 now but I want to know what are my options to get the PCM back to stock so it will pass emissions? After it is back to stock and inspected, then I can backup the configuration and tune it from scratch with the T1000.

the tune would not cause it to fail emissions at all...

and to get it back to stock, tell the Dodge dealer to flash it back to Dodge original stock programming...

Thanks for the reply. So, I called my local Dodge dealer and they said they cannot reflash the PCM, only replace it. Are they full of crap? The current T1000 tuned PCM reports not ready after I had to disconnect the battery for other work. Do I just need to drive it through a few more cycles to become ready?

why wont it pass?
our tunes will pass fine, is it modified/custom tuned?

and yes, the dealer is confused, any pcm can be flashed.

If its showing as not ready its likely the rear O2s are turned off.
