Advice on Tuner/Parameters for 06' Charger R/T

I'd like to reach out to all the pros who have mastered tuning their Charger R/Ts. I'm a newbie to the sight as well as a new owner of the Trinity T1000. My ride is an 06' Charger R/T that was previously married to a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner until I made the upgrade to the Trinity. Now from what I've read on some of the forums out there, this is a powerful tool and could produce undesirable results in the uneducated hands (those would be mine 
) which is why I come humbly asking for your advice. As you know the Trinity comes with a ton of parameters to choose from and I was only brave enough to utilize two of them so far. I tune my tires size (22") and 93 octane w/CAI. That was a piece of cake! I'm a little gun shy with these and would like to know what your recommendations would be for my vehicle. Here are the others that are offered:
Spark Advance (Multiple RPM Bands)
Fuel Tables/WOT Fuel (Multiple RPM Bands)
Cooling Fans
Idle RPM
Gear/Axle Ratio
Rev Limits
Speed Limits
Shift Points RPM/MPH
Shift Pressure
