windows 10 problems

Need help. Installed dsdownloader on windows 10 but tool doesn't connect. Device manager shows driver installed.

gonna need some time for us to check this out.
worked on the beta win10 we had here, and seems to have changed in the release....

Seems to work thanks. Having problems with dataviewer with the same problem. Unable to see tool.

I have a T-1000. I got a new computer w/o a CD player. Win 10. When I downloaded and tried to run the software I got a 'missing C++ Runtime V12.0' message. What do I need to download from MS to make this work? I have looked through the forum, but am wondering if there is a pdf or other message that tells me all the software I should download from the support site and install before connecting my Tuner. Thanks. Greg

I see, it loads c++.... just had to go 'next'.
