Hi thanks.. v.16 worked for my windows 8 pc too
i tried upgrading from 8 to v.12 but that didn't work.. also i noticed the microsoft c++ library's were updated from 2005 to 2008, maybe that was the trick

i just installed the 3.4 version on my windows 10 should i uninstall before installing the 3.30.16 version...

So nothing new for 2000-2019 GM vehicles that I would need to install it for... I can stay on DV 3.4.4.24... got it...

If you do any streaming it will be beneficial for sure. If just playing logs back, probably wont matter much

yeah, I just use it stand-alone on my PC for looking at people's logs... I don't use it for live-logging myself...
