Guys,
I have a Windows Surface Pro running Windows 8.1 and tried over the weekend to run the software including the USB driver.
I continually got the language error even though I had set the unit to US English.
I tried everything without success, I have since done my update from my laptop but I just thought I would mention that the USB driver does not appear to be compatible with a Surface Pro system running 8.1.
Cheers,
Jeff

I'm having the same issue, but in my case my tablet is stating a hardware issue and disk damage, but if I plug it into a regular PC it functions fine (aside from being ludicrously slow). I tried the download posted but it only applies to the Trinity units.
2006 Dodge Magnum SRT8, CAI, Flowmaster 10s, 180* t-stat, 91 CAI canned tune, 275/20s all around, the basics.
