2015 Ford F150 Power Save Mode

Hi I have been struggling to download my tune as I cant get power save mode to stop shutting down my download of the original tune. I have tried hooking up a charger to the battery. Has any one got a solution for me?

2 options

1. connect a battery charger to the vehicle to prevent this issue
2. select "Download" for your backup, then head to the computer for one last quick update. The update will actually be a copy of your stock file downloaded from our server. Then you can return to the vehicle to begin tuning, bypassing the hour wait time.

Thanks for the response, Just to be clear I did not ask for any other option than how to disable power save mode.
I have been shuffled around technical support for 7 days now and am not getting any real responses.
I keep getting error calibration ID:PKCMAK5.CAL Status: Error. and all as I get told is that you are going to have to wait.

Please Help I have submitted my info file and any other info that technical support have asked for.

You have a new cal that we need to add support for, we should have a new update in a day or two.

Why do you advertise a product and say you support it when you don't?

it supports 1000s of other 15 F150s, when a new calibration comes out from Ford, they dont send us a nice letter letting usknow, so we have to add them reactively if they sneak one out like that.

Plug it into most any other 15 F150 and it will work.

It also does not support 1000's of 15 F150's with PKCMAW6 calibration id with no fix going on a few months now which could be very dangerous with the dead pedal but yet still on market with no warning of problems and no fix with this Calibration.

should I wait for the update or send the unit back? Has any one had success in fixing similar errors?
