Vehicle display issue

Sorry if this has been brought up, I searched but could not find an answer.

I recently purchased the i1000-DCX and installed the diablo tune on my 2012 Ram 1500 Express (Hemi). After installing my cluster display only shows mileage and the wheel controls do not allow me to change it to trip or anything else. Is this normal?

I have never seen or heard that, theres no feedback on the controls?

Correct, when I press step or reset on the steering wheel nothing happens.
