2008 Mustang GT need help

I have had my tuner for 6 months or so now and I don't think im getting the most out of it? need help maybe with parameters or downloads. I have a steeda CAI which I have been running the Steeda 93 octane tune. I just added a summit racing U/D pulley and a steeda intake spacer. I have 3.73 waiting to be put on but at the moment im running aftermarket 3.31 a previous owner put on. the pulley definitely woke it up at the line but is there something else I can do for the time being?
