PIDs for IAT Advance & Cylinder Air Mass

Post by cobra502 »

I have a 2014 C7 using a Trinity, gm_can_gas, ver. v.1r13I. Can you tell me about the PIDs for IAT Advance and Cylinder Air Mass . Do they exist on the Trinity and if they do, please tell me where in the PID list they are located and their PID names. Thanks, I've looked and can not find anything that matches.

intake air temp is there, not sure on the airmass, you may have to dig through the list to find it, and if it is not there, you can use a pc with Dataviewerr and stream the data and see all the available PIDs.

Mike, I did exactly as you suggested and found nothing resembling Cylinder Airmass in the many PIDs available, if it has a different name tell me what it is please. This is a common PID used in many tables and I think it should be available. By the way, the other PID was not IAT,it was "IAT Advance". Thanks for your time.

Cylinder airmass is a calculated PID for GM's

So it won't be log-able with the tool.

You can use the attached Excel file to find it.

Thanks for responding, Zach. I already have this calulation Excel file. I was hoping I wouldn't have to use it.

Bye the way, maybe you can help with the other PID "IAT Advance". Does it exist? Thanks for helping.
