Ok everything went as planned @ the pc with my new tool...Vehicle install not so much. Please look at the pics and help..Not happy but patient. Any help is appreciated. It also said something about a possible existing performance tune???

I am sure it is something on my end but concerned about that blue line in the center as well.

I would suggest contacting the retailer and ask them to swap the tool out.
