Buy-Back Program Question

Sent an email 5 or so days ago asking about the buy back program to see how much I can get back for a locked predator and have recieved no reply, I'm hoping someone here can..

How much credit do you get back for a diablo predator thats locked? What about if you're wanting the same predator for the same year car?

Also, do you do buy backs on your chips? I've got one of those as well.
