87 Octane tune - Modified - Transmission shifts hard

Loaded the 87 Octane canned tune.
Modified tire size to 30 in. (265's).
Modified Rev Limit -50.
All seems fine except transmission shifts hard (all gears).
Which parameter and what change do I make for a softer shift?

is the speedo calibration correct?
the tunes should not make it shift too hard, any trans mods?

lower the shift pressure
