I bought and registered this tuner and attempted to load tunes on my 2014 SRT-8 Challenger, and I keep getting the not compatible error. Looking through the forum I found that the push button start needs to be popped out and the key fob used, should this resolve my issue? Thanks

if it is asking you to check for an update, it will still need that to be done first...

Did the update process initially prior to the attempt at tuning.
