Intune wont load custom tune

The intune was working fine with the custom tune already installed on the car, i tried making some adjustments to "adjustable parameters" and it kept saying "an error occurred" and then writes a fail log. So i loaded my stock tune back on and now trying to load my custom tune back on when i click yes install tune it instantly goes to an error has occurred. Cant drive the car with the stock tune on it please help. 2003 dodge neon srt4

I am trying to change the WOT spark. I figured out why it wouldnt load the custom tune, i just had to re update my intune. But it still doesnt let me save changes on adjustable parameters.

i do what i need to do, I click tune vehicle then adjustable parameters then click WOT spark then 4-5k and i take out 7% then when i press save changes it doesnt do anything, i can click the same 4-5k again and it will show like i didnt save the changes. It doesnt work will any of the adjustable parameters, i tried all of them.
