OK so I understand how to install the tune for my 2007 escalade using the 7194. Next thing to do is log info using the 7194 and download it into the software 06montySS wrote and it will tell me what adjustments to make?????

you need to use the dataviewer in order to get the log out of the predator and save it as a .csv file...

and, these procedures do not for the U7193, right?

Why do I still want this thing, but feel very misled ?

the procedures are the same, you just can't save logs with your 7193... you would need to have someone ride with you and write down the numbers shown on the predator screen... you can still view the real time data, live on the screen as you drive.

what i do is monitor the real time data while i drive, then while i am doing that i send text messages on my cell phone.
its pretty safe i think.

seriously, i monitor the data for myself on a road with little or no traffic, after doing some driving to warm everything up. just follow reverend monty's sticky on adjusting injector slope, then PE settings....and you will be fine.
