I wanted to post there are problems with MAC and i2 intune. Apparently the MAC and the i2intune do not like each other. If you are experencing freezing of the i2intune when importing a custom tune you must manually eject the device because Mac is not letting the i2intune eject. So once you drag the file over manually eject the tool.
