Vehicle Not Supported: 2014 RAM 1500 5.7L V8

Spent almost US$500 on this inTune2 and the tuner cannot be updated because - as per Customer Service - 'the calibration file is missing on our server'. Anybody wants to form a party and go looking for this pesky file? Anybody else with a '14 RAM ran into this?

Here's the partial message from the XML file.

I hope you can figure out a solution. If i cannot tune my truck by the end of the week, I'll return the tuner to the seller. I've attached the XML file.

the server is showing the file was downloaded by your tool, if you go back to the truck now does it prompt you to load the update to the vehicle?

i did a software update this morning and then looked at the XML file. it still had that line 'unsupported callID...'. i'll hook up the tuner to my RAM in a couple of hours and see what happens. thanks-

Hooked up the tuner to the truck at 3 PM today, Oct-21-15. Saw the same message (see attached).

save this to the i2 drive, let the tool import it, then go to the truck and it should prompt you to load the update then let you tune it.

I moved the file to the tuner and hooked it up to the vehicle. No dice: got the same message VEHICLE NOT SUPPORTED. disconnected and hooked up back to the computer. the same update has downloaded (in the past 5 days i must have downloaded it 5,000 times), got it installed, and hooked back to the truck - NO RESULTS. Disconnected again and hooked back to the computer and opened the files on the tuner. clicked on the name of the update file of the tuner (after another download) and changed the name by removing the last 2 characters ('ae') in the name. Hooked back to the truck, got a message 'Uploading uncompressed file' (same message as before), but then I got something new, 'Update Calibration File of the Vehicle?" I said, 'Yes' and it started doing something and then I saw the message, "Calibration for VIN (my truck vin number) has been Updated" (!!!). This is the first time I see this ...

Whew ... hooked the *&&^% tuner back to the RAM for the umpteenth time, clicked on 'TUNE VEHICLE' and saw the Calibration Update being written to the memory.

You guys should fire all your Support Consultants and hire me on a part time basis. I will not charge you too much, I promise.
