i2 want work on 2015 sonic rs

i updated when it arrived then plugged in to car , then i get messages unsupported systems, unknown backups and unknown pcm. it will read pcm then export file to send to DS but i don't know how to retrieve that file when plugged into the PC. when i drag and drop update from download to the i2 drive the disappear after unplugging it and plugging it back in. when i select the tune file the next folder is the vin, select that then there is one unknown backup grg file.

please save the attached update to the i2 drive and let the tool import it and then try it in the car again, it ought to be supported at that point.

still not working, i downloaded attachment plugged in handheld sent file to i2 drive it shows up then the handheld reboots and goes to the disclaimer screen i hit yes, then the file is gone so i unplugg it and plug into car, same thing unknown pcm, backup,tcm... i bring it back to pc do an update (this time it actually updates something)it says group update something. i take it back to the car same as every other attempt. At this point the handheld most be broken. i want to send it back. the reason i got the intune i2 was to get the custom tune from BNR that i have already payed for.

its not broken, its not supporting the cal in your PCM.
Please post the file it read out from the tunes folder on the i2 drive..
