The screen of the InTune will randomly show garbled icons, but only after the bootup is complete. While the device is booting the screen looks normal and everything is readable. Rebooting the tool several times (10+) sometimes get it back to normal, but this is a nuisance and makes the tool completely unusable since it cannot be used without the screen working for anything other than datalogging.

I have submitted a support request, but I am curious if anyone else has seen this issue and found a fix. The screen still works, but there is no point in trying to work it because it is garbled to hell.

thats not good, lets get that fixed, how long have you had this tool?

I have had it for a while.

OK, its warrantied for a year, fill out the return form on our site and we'll issue an rma# to send it in.

Can it be traded in for the credit towards an i2? I am almost positive it is over a year old(the box says 2012). I'd rather trade up then pay to fix it. I have a DSP and DST as well so it's not like I need it.

trade that thing in...lol you will LOVE the i2!!!
