Enjoying the Diablo Tune

I'm lucky enough to have a 2008 Z51 manual transmission convertible. There were only 923 made in 08, and it was kept in pristine. The biggest complaint I had was lack of grip, so I've swapped the 285/45r19s for 305/30r19s. Your tuner was key to speedo adjustment. Thank you everything is spot on.
Given the option, I installed Diablo tune (as opposed to 91 octane or modify stock tune) and am happy with the performance gains. That said there seem to be several aspects of the tool that I'm not utilizing. Who do I work with to dial in multiple tunes? If I want to lean out my afr, and advance the spark how far and what should I adjust?
While I log, or record the data, what data points should I examine to dial in the tune?
Thanks in advance. I appreciate any insight.
