Bought a trinity last week, installed dsdownloader (2.2.2.11), applied updates, paired to vehicle, and applied tune.
Didn't have my laptop with me that I originally set up so I installed dsdownloader (2.2.2.11) on my home computer and plugged the device in to backup the tunes. Immediately the dsdownloader installed an update on the trinity, and failed. Disconnected and reconnected the trinity and the update completed. Once it powered up it asked me to enter my vehicle make and model - I did and now the trinity won't power on (all lights turn on but no display). Did I nuke the trinity?
