Diablo Trinty Error Code Issue

Post by SojiaRaggs9000 »

On my 2008 Chrysler 300 with a Supercharged 3.5L V6.... My DiabloSport Trinty is giving me error code message "(3) this tool is not licensed for use with this vehicle." Settings shows my vehicles vin# and last tune written was an "+ quick adjustment". Original pcm file and custom tunes are both backed up on a flash drive. Everything else seems to work fine I just can't edit or re apply any tunes.

What do I need to do to get it working again. Also as a side question..... is there a way to leave the OBD connector for the trinity plugged in without it draining my battery?

Has the vehicle been to the dealer since it was tuned? Or, has the device been plugged into any other vehicle? If you go back to the Last Tune Written screen and hit 'continue' once, it should also show the VIN of the vehicle it is currently married to.

It has been to the Dealership to get the WIN module replaced and keys come with it. I have the car at the exhaust shop but Im about 90% sure that its still married to the vehicle. I keep it mounted in the vehicle but I unplug it when not in use because it will drain the battery.

Will do, I should have the car back on Friday or Saturday. Do I need to put attention to anyone on it?
