Whats this thing do? I got one from my buddy cause my predator didn't work...still don't now what it does

The delta chip is use to plug to the back off the j3 port on all FORDS vehicle in exeptions off a few to change the tune for bolt ons as well increasing performances, if the chip did not work on your vehicle and the computer was clean correct then you may need to reflash it to youe computer code
