have a trinity device that only reads "An internal update has been installed that requires a reboot please unplug your trinity briefly to cycle the power. (1) 

Also, I have already filled out the return and refund app but when finished the only option it gives me is to save or cancel. As soon as I press save, it takes me to the diablo page.

What can i do on my end to have my trinity fixed? Please advise!
